Admission Process

Follow these steps to begin your journey

Passport Application

Students need to apply for a passport by submitting:

  • Original SSC Marks Memo
  • Original Aadhar Card
  • Nearest Police Station Address
  • Student & Parent's Contact Numbers
  • Emergency Contact Name & Number

Passport Fee: ₹1,500

Documentation

After receiving the university acceptance letter, students must submit:

  • Original Passport
  • 10th (SSC) Marks Memo
  • 12th (Intermediate) Marks Memo
  • Original Transfer Certificate (TC)
  • NEET Qualifying Mark Sheet

Documentation Fee: ₹1,50,000

Enrollment

Students must pay their 1st semester fee to officially enroll in the university.

1st Semester Fee: $4,000 USD

VISA Application

Required Documents:

  • Original Passport
  • 10th (SSC) & 12th (Intermediate) Marks Memos
  • University Documents
  • Ministry Documents
  • Proof of University Fee Payment Receipt

VISA Interview: E-VISA process is available for the Republic of Kyrgyzstan.

Hostel Reservation

Students must pay 6 months' hostel fee in advance.

Hostel Charges: $200 - $250 per month

  • Hostels are chosen based on available facilities.
  • Students can upgrade or downgrade their hostel at the start of the academic year.
  • Hostel is mandatory for the 1st year and optional from the 2nd year onwards.

Flight tickets to Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan will be booked after the Processing Fee is paid.
